I bought this coat for my 7 pound papillon in size Large, and it fits perfectly. I love the built in harness. My dog is picky about what coats she wears but has no problem with this one. I live in a rainy climate so I really like that it is waterproof.

For a French bulldog of 13kg the size is perfect! And keep it warm enough! My boubou adopted it.
